The Sam Cawthorn Visit to the area was a great success! Visiting schools in Leeton, Griffith, Barellan, Hillston, Narrandera, Coleambally and Hay, Sam left students feeling incredibly inspired!
As part of his strategy Sam tapes up student's most dominant hand and gives them a challenge. For 24 hours they must keep their most dominant taped up. The feedback from this exercise and the visit in general was encouragingly positive. The 24 hour challenge allowed participants to discover how many excuses they make every single day...it turns out quite a few!
Sam encourages students, teachers and parents alike to go beyond excuses and not take life for granted.
